As a young boy, I watch my father cook.he’s my inspiration and the reason I enjoy cooking and to be a good chef, it has to come from the heart.It’s passion,an art and you need to love it to death to be able to do it.Part of the enjoyment of cooking is seeing the customers enjoying the good food.Since I i learned many different styles of cooking in Australia, I want to share the Modern Australian food to Pinoy’s in The Philippines.
